Day 01 : Village Tour - Pemuteran Bay (L)

  • The journey begin with a trip to Pejaten traditional village where we will see the process of making traditional roof tiles.
  • Followed by a drive to Beraban country side to visit the famous Balinese Temple Tanah Lot – situated 20 km west of Denpasar.
  • Afer Tanah Lot, we will drive to Rambut Siwi Temple which is a unique temple built at two places. One on the coastal base on black sand while the other one is on the high bank.
  • And off we go to the black sandy Medewi beach – a surfing hot spot.
  • We will arrive at our hotel at Pemuteran bay located inside West Bali National park before dark and take a rest.

Day 02 : Exploration of Menjangan Island (B,L)

  • After breakfast, we will begin our day with a 30-40 minute boat trip the northwest coast of Bali to Menjangan island.
  • Menjangan Island is an uninhabited island 8 km wide surrounded by hectares of coral reefs.
  • This island is located inside the protected marine reserve of the Bali Barat National park. This area has very diverse eco biology.
  • This spot is rated by most visitors as the best snorkeling spot in Bali. Many divers put this place high in their list to do.
  • After lunch time, we will check sail back to the hotel and you may enjoy your leisure time at the beach/pool
  • Option: cycling tour in the late afternoon (additional cost)

Day 03 : West Bali Temple Tour - Munduk (B,L)

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out
  • We will have a temple tour for today, visiting some of the temples on the west and north Bali
  • Our first destination for today is Pulaki temple.
  • It is the main and biggest temple in Pemuteran area. It backs up against the hills and is home to a troop of grey macaque monkeys.
  • Across the road on grounds bordered the ocean is Pabean temple, where local fishermen come to pray for safe journeys. This temple exhibits an unusual blend of Balinese and Chinese style decorations.
  • Lunch in the local restaurant
  • Next to Melanting temple, also known as the Temple of Trader from which the traders and businessmen ask for fortune and good luck.
  • Just right behind the Melanting temple is our next visit. The Puncak Manik temple was built around a sacred spring, high up in the hills.
  • Our last stop for today’s journey is the Kerta Kawat temple that is situated majestically on the foot of a hill. The Balinese belief that praying at this temple will further increases prosperity.
  • In the mid afternoon proceed to the hotel in Munduk and your dinner is an optional
  • Overnight at hotel in Munduk

Day 04 : Munduk Panoramic Walk - Ulun Danu Beratan Temple - Airport/Next Destination (B,L)

  • It is our last day. We will leave Pemuteran this morning after breakfast.
  • We will take our time, walk pass the coffee and clove plantation for hours. It is pretty easy trail.
  • Arrive at the 1st Munduk waterfall.
  • Watch the waterfall and begin another walk to our next destination which is Gobleg village located on the slope of the hill. It is roughly a 45 minutes walk.
  • From here on, you will pass a pretty steep trail with solid clay and bamboo trees around you. Our destination is the 2nd waterfall.
  • But on the way there, we will make a stop at a local house to enjoy Balinese coffee and Balinese cake. Yum! We will then continue to our 2nd waterfall spot.
  • Our next trip is through the salak plantation (salak is a type of fruit) and rice terraces. Having arrived here, you will have a chance to take a break and take some pictures.
  • Another steep path but easy walk will get us to the 3rd waterfall.
  • Lunch will be served in a local restaurant
  • After that, proceed to Bedugul by passing the famous recreation Ulun Danu Temple – famous and important Hindu temple located on shore of Lake Beratan.
  • While here, don’t forget to enjoy the beautiful panorama view of Beratan lake view. The mountain will serve as a backdrop view.
  • What is unique here when the lake water happens to be going up, the temple will be seen like floating on the water.
  • Our trip will end in Taman Ayun Temple. It is the Royal temple of Mengwi Empire.
  • It owns the beautiful temple building with multistoried roof and Balinese Architecture.
  • Transfer to the Airport or hotel in Kuta/Jimbaran/Benoa area for your next program.
