Hike up Mt. Ijen – a live volcano and witness the beauty of East Java from an altitude of 2883 m. Snorkel though clear blue water sea in Menjangan Island which is a protected marine reserve. You are sure to find yourself literally swimming with the fishes while enjoying the beautiful hectares of coral reefs on the seabed. And to end this eco tour, we will take you to Lovina beach and experience Git-Git Waterfall – one of the most famous tourist destination in Bali. Day 01 : Arrival Airport / Hotel Bali - Banyuwangi (L,D)

  • Our Guide and representative will pick you up at either Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali or Hotel
  • The journey begins with a trip to Pejaten traditional village and watch how locals process traditional roof tiles.
  • Followed by a drive to Beraban countryside, we will visit the famous Temple Tanah Lot which is situated 20km in the west side of Denpasar.
  • From Tanah Lot, we will continue to Rambut Siwi Temple, which is a unique temple built at two places. One built on the coastal base on the black sand and another one on the high bank.
  • Then continue to a surfing hot spot at the black sand of Medewi beach.
  • After which we will proceed to Gilimanuk Harbour by ferry to East java.
  • We will arrive at the hotel by 5 or 6 pm and have a rest. You will spend the night at Ketapang Beach Resort or a hotel in Licin area.

Day 02 : Banyuwangi - Ijen Hiking - Pemuteran Bay (B,L)

  • Morning call will be at 3 AM.
  • We will make a transfer to central point Paltuding for a hiking session.
  • Be prepared for the awesome beauty of Java’s wonder volcano – Mt. Ijen.
  • We will hike through rural villages, coffee and clove plantations and go into Java’s rainforest. It’s going to be humid, you encounter wildlife, see giant ferns and big trees that cover the slope of the mountain.
  • From the park ranger’s post, we will begin our hike up the Ijen plateau through the hilly landscape
  • Arrive at the volcano crater edge. Be stunned as the stunning view is unveiled at 2883 m altitude of Mt. Ijen. Enjoy the breathtaking morning view. During clear weather you may even be able to see the great sulfur lake.
  • Then we head back to the hotel for lunch and checkout.
  • We will proceed back to Bali through Ketapang Harbour crossing the Bali Strait by ferry once again and drive to Pemuteran Hotel for rest. Dinner at the hotel (additional cost).

Day 03 : Snorkeling at Menjangan Island / West Bali National Park (B,L)

  • After breakfast, the trip to Menjangan island by boat will take about 30-40 minutes.
  • The island is located in the protected marine reserve of Bali Barat National Park. It is a tiny island, merely 8 km wide and uninhabited.
  • You will find this island surrounded by hectares of excellent coral reefs. The area has a very diverse eco biology.
  • Most visitors and divers rate this island as the best snorkeling spot in Bali.
  • After lunch at the hotel, you have free time to relax and enjoy the beach. Dinner at hotel (additional cost).

Day 04 : Pemuteran Bay - Lovina Beach (B,L)

  • After breakfast at hotel, we will visit some temples around Pemuteran Bay.
  • The main attraction at the area is Pulaki Temple, located up in the hills and is home to a troop of non-threatening monkeys.
  • We then head over to Buddhist temple and Monastery located in Banjar village in north Bali near Lovina.
  • The monastery is still in use until now, you will find groups of people staying in the ashram nearby.
  • Some believed Buddhists first came to this area in the 6th century.
  • The entrance to the temple is free, but donations are welcome.
  • You will need to wear sarong before you enter the temple, which will be provided for free.
  • The Buddhist temple is located in the hills above Lovina and offers lovely views.
  • By the afternoon, we will arrive at Lovina beach. Take time to relax at the black sand beach and enjoy your dinner.

Day 05 : Dolphin Attraction – Waterfall – Bedugul – Airport / Hotel (B,L)

  • Early in the morning before breakfast, you will have the opportunity to sail to the offshore of Lovina beach in a traditional Balinese boat (Jukung) and watch the colony of Dolphin swim and play in their natural habitat.
  • Say goodbye to the dolphins and let’s make our way to Git-Git Waterfall – one of the most famous tourist destination in Bali.
  • Located in the plateau area with height of 35 meters, Git-Git Waterfall is surrounded by tropical tree and emits natural water constantly.
  • The soothing sound of the waterfall and the nature surrounding it haven’t failed to charm those who visit.
  • There are plantations protecting the rain forest around the waterfall.
  • Usually we can find wild monkeys getting water from the waterfall.
  • After the waterfall, we will go to Bedugul, passing a famous recreation spot Ulun Danu Temple.
  • This temple is famous and important to Hindu people located at the shore of Lake Beratan.
  • You will find beautiful panorama of Beratan Lake with beautiful mountain as backdrop.
  • Should you arrive when the lake water is going up, the Ulun Danu Temple will look like it’s floating on water.
  • Lunch will be served in Strawberry hotel with great view over the flanks of the mountain.
